1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Unipod!
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Unipod application and related services ("Unipod," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Unipod, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Unipod.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital age required by the laws of your country, to use Unipod.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3. Using Unipod
Unipod helps people learn languages using publicly available podcast content and other learning tools.
You agree not to:
- Use Unipod for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Unipod or other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app or its services except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Unipod if you violate these Terms.
4. Third-Party Content
Unipod may provide access to podcast content and other materials made available by third parties. All podcast audio, artwork, trademarks, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
Your use of third-party content may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable content providers.
5. Free Service and Future Paid Features
Unipod is currently available free of charge.
We may introduce optional paid features or subscription plans in the future. We also reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or move existing free features to paid plans. If we do, we will clearly explain the available plans, pricing, billing terms, and any applicable free trials before you are charged.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store will also be subject to the applicable store's terms and conditions.
6. Availability of the Service
We continually improve Unipod and may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
We do not guarantee that Unipod or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Intellectual Property
Unipod, including its software, design, branding, logos, and original content, is owned by Runo Creative LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of Unipod.
8. Disclaimer
Unipod is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Learning content, translations, summaries, transcripts, flashcards, and other generated features may contain inaccuracies or omissions and should not be considered professional, educational, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runo Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Unipod.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by other appropriate means.
By continuing to use Unipod after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
